Junior Player Package

Ages 7–10

A quick 5-minute in-office visit with Dr. Zaytoun. Your player goes home with a SISU Aero mouthguard, fitting instructions, and a complimentary 6-month wellness follow-up to keep their growing smile on track.

Varsity Player Experience

Ages 11+

A complimentary 60-minute orthodontic exam with Dr. Zaytoun, who personally fits your player’s SISU mouthguard during the visit. Ages 11+ is the ideal window to identify anything that could affect comfort, performance, or smile development, and to plan ahead if treatment would help.

Zaytoun Orthodontics has been part of this community since 1959. Three generations of orthodontists serving Raleigh, Garner, and the families who call this region home. As longtime NCFC sponsors, we’ve seen too many preventable head and dental injuries on the field. A properly fitted mouthguard prevents most of them.
